The KPS Automotive R&D team actively contributes to the development of fastening solutions by analyzing our customers' needs from the initial design stage. Throughout our product development processes, technical requirements, application areas, strength expectations, and manufacturability criteria are evaluated together to achieve the most suitable solutions.

Die and process design, material selection, prototype manufacturing, and validation testing are carried out in-house. This integrated approach provides advantages in speed, control, and quality throughout the development of new products, enabling us to deliver results-oriented solutions to our customers in shorter timeframes.

Thanks to our cold forging simulations, laboratory infrastructure, and engineering capabilities, we conduct detailed analyses of products before production begins. This allows potential process risks to be identified at an early stage, costs to be optimized, and highly efficient solutions suitable for mass production to be developed.

One of the key components of our R&D infrastructure is our investment in Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software. Advanced CAM solutions enable more precise, faster, and more efficient planning of die manufacturing and production processes. Our digital manufacturing preparation capabilities provide significant advantages, particularly in projects involving special fasteners, components requiring tight tolerances, and customer-specific applications.
